Stan! je kratica za “studenti/ce anglistike”.
Namjena je ovog bloga da studenticama i studentima Odsjeka za anglistiku pri Filozofskom fakultetu u Sarajevu posluži kao virtualni dom te internetski resursni centar. S obzirom na trenutnu bolonjsku neorganiziranost Fakulteta za vrijeme teškog i sporog procesa prilagođavanja novim standardima, te proizlazeće zbunjenosti i neinformiranosti studenata/ica, zaključili smo da je studentskom tijelu potreban internetski resursni centar pri kojem je lako doći do pravovremenih informacija o zbivanjima na Odsjeku i Fakultetu te koji omogućava brzu razmjenu informacija, materijala i iskustava.
Naš je cilj olakšati studentima/cama studij i proces učenja tako što ćemo osigurati materijal neophodan za učenje (uputstva za učenje ili study guides, priručnike, natuknice i savjete, linkove na relevantnu literaturu objavljenu na internetu, itd.), te tako što ćemo im omogućiti da budu u toku s dešavanjima vezanim za studij.
Također namjeravamo djelovati u cilju povezivanja studenata/ica i nastavničkog kolektiva tako što ćemo studentske predstavnike/ce organizirati u efektnu radnu grupu pomoću Stana! Naša je ambicija postići da studentsko tijelo i nastavnički kolektiv, uz pomoć Stana!, ostvare kvalitetniju, prisniju, informiraniju i bržu suradnju nego dosad. Nadamo se da ćemo, ukoliko ostvarimo prvobitni cilj uvezivanja studenata/ica treće godine dobiti i podršku Odsjeka, pa Stan! ostaviti u naslijeđe novim generacijama studenata/ica.
Stan! je zasad ograničen na studente/ice završne godine bolonjskog studija te će osiguravati neophodni materijal samo za nastavni plan i program treće godine.
Stranica je koncipirana tako da je razvijaju studenti/ce anglistike na svim godinama dodiplomskog studija, a kasnije, nadamo se, i postdiplomskog. Za početak nudimo blog na kojem će se objavljivati sadržaji.

Stan! is shorthand for “students of the English Department” (studenti/ce anglistike).
This blog is intended to serve as a virtual home and an online resource center for students of the English Department at the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo. Given the current Bologna disorganization of the Faculty during the difficult and lingering process of adaptation to new standards, and the resulting confusion and lack of informedness of students, we have realized that the student body needs an online resource center where it is easy to obtain timely information about developments in the Department and Faculty, and which provides for express exchange of information, materials and experiences.
Our goal is to facilitate the student study and learning process by providing material necessary for studying (study guides, manuals, tips and advice, links to relevant literature published online, etc.) and by enabling them to keep up-to-date on developments related to their studies.
We also intend to act with the goal of connecting students and the faculty by organizing student reps. into an effective work group through Stan! Our ambition is to accomplish that the student body and faculty, with the aid of Stan!, achieve a more quality, familiar, informed and express cooperation than ever before. If we accomplish our initial goal of connecting junior students, we hope to gain the Department’s support, and leave Stan! in inheritance to new generations of students.
Stan! is limited for the moment to students of the final year of Bologna studies, and will insure necessary material only for the curriculum of the third year.
The website is designed for development by English students in all years of undergraduate studies, and later on, we hope, graduate studies as well. For now we offer a content blog.
